Serebii has released information about the 14th movie, Victini and the Black Hero.
This is the first movie set in Unova/Isshu.
It is going to star Victini and rumored to include Kerudio.

Sorry, I probably should've mentioned this before but, Unova is very far away from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and even Sinnoh.  It can only be accessed via boat or plane.

The three starters are

Snivy the Grass Snake Pokemon. (Tsutarja in Japanese)
Tepig the Fire Pig Pokemon. (Pokabu in Japanese)
Oshawott the Sea Otter Pokemon. (Mijumaru in Japanese)

The new region is called Unova (Isshu in Japanese)

The title legendaries are

Reshiram the Vast White Pokemon (Dragon/Fire type)
Zekrom the Deep Black Pokemon (Dragon/Electric type)

Also there are now 649 Pokemon in the National Pokedex ...
