Yay!!! You can download the Liberty Ticket (which allows you access to Liberty Island and in turn the legendary Pokemon Victini) starting March 6, 2011 and will be available until April 10,2011.

Victini and The Black Hero Update/Wi-Fi event

The official Japanese Pokemon website has announced that a special Victini will be given away for Victini and the Dark Hero, though no further details were announced. The Victini will most likely have V-Generate as one of its moves, which is one of Victini's signature attacks and the most powerful Fire-type move in existence with 180 base damage and 95% accuracy. Pokemon movies usually have two giveaways, one for preordering the movie tickets in or around June and one at the actual movie theaters in July, so we're not sure when the Victini will be made available.

Now of course this is ONLY available if you have the Japanese Version of Black/White.

Wow!!! If that's not enough p's for you I'm sorry. Anyway, I am currently playing through Platinum for the first, yes, first time. If at all possible I will try to do a Let's Play over it next time. serebii.net has just updated saying that if you are registered on Daisuki Club and it is close to your birthday you will be sent a special Togekiss in the Dream World. It will be lvl. 10 and have the Super Luck ability whereas a normal Togekiss would usually have the Hustle or Serene Grace abilities.

pokebeach.com has recently posted that Oha Suta has said that Zekrom will definately be in Victini and the Black Hero.
Whether or not Zekrom is the Black Hero is not confirmed.
As I said I will edit this post as I learn more..
